Privacy Policy

The service and your workspace

The Runner is a commercial real estate CRM. Brokers and other licensees supply their own contacts, property records, photos, notes, and documents. The service stores and processes that information to provide the features they request. Providing your own data does not mean that the service never receives or stores it.

If your brokerage or another organization manages your workspace, that organization controls the records it places there and who may access them. Contact your workspace administrator about those records. You may also contact us using the details below.

Information we handle

• Account and profile information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, business or mailing addresses, account identifiers, and optional professional profile information you provide.
• CRM content: imported contact lists, property information, photos, notes, uploaded documents, and information used to create reports. These records may include personal information about other people.
• Activity and technical information: account-related activity records, import results, technical error information, and service logs used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Hosting and authentication services also process network information, such as IP addresses and browser or device information, when serving requests.
• Support information: information you choose to include when requesting help and records of support access or corrections.

The current app does not request device location, scan your surroundings, or collect hand or head movement. Property addresses and map coordinates describe properties. Authentication and local storage help maintain your session and app preferences.

How information is used

We use information to sign you in, provide your workspace, manage contacts and properties, generate requested reports, preserve your changes, provide support, prevent unauthorized access, and diagnose service problems. Account and workspace information is associated with your identity; it is not anonymous.

We do not sell personal information or use CRM content for cross-app targeted advertising. The Runner does not include advertising networks or use your information to track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising.

When information is shared

• Service providers: Clerk provides authentication, Railway hosts the application, and Neon provides database storage. Cloudflare R2 provides file storage when uploads are enabled, and Google Maps provides maps or property imagery when those features are enabled. These providers process information needed to deliver and secure the requested services.
• Workspace and support access: information is available to authorized workspace users. The support feature allows you to grant time-limited access; support corrections require the workspace owner's approval.
• Features you choose: exported reports and files may contain information you include. You control whom you share them with. When an enabled map, imagery, storage, or external-link feature uses another provider, that provider receives the information needed for the request, such as a property address or selected file. External sites have their own privacy practices.
• Legal and security needs: information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal rights.

Retention and deletion

Account and workspace records are retained while needed to provide the service. Deleting a record in the interface may mark it as deleted rather than immediately erase it from all storage. Security, activity, and backup records may remain for operational, recovery, or legal needs.

You can request account deletion or removal of personal information by emailing the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your workspace administrator. Deleting an individual account does not automatically erase an organization's shared records. We will explain any records that must be retained and the reason when handling your request. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-held information.

Your choices

You can update available profile fields, control what you upload, manage support access, and sign out. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive documents in a privacy request.

Security and processing locations

We use authenticated access, workspace restrictions, and encrypted network connections to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Children

The Runner is designed for professional business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or account contact details.
